Hummus is a traditional Middle Eastern accompaniment made with chick peas and tahini. You might be wondering “What is tahini?”. This ingredient is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. You can find it at any Middle Eastern or Indian grocery store, and even some regular supermarkets carry it in the “Ethnic foods” aisle. You can also buy it online from Amazon. (Get the kind in the jar, not the can. Jarred is less bitter.)

1 cup red wine vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
